Privacy policy

Short version: the details you type into the agreement or receipt form stay on your device. We do not send them to our server and we cannot see them.

What stays on your device

Names, addresses, rent amounts and dates are saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back later. Clearing your browser data removes them. The PDF and Word files are created in your browser.

What we receive

• Payment: Razorpay processes the payment and shares with us the payment ID, amount, time, and the contact details you give Razorpay at checkout. We keep this to issue refunds and for our accounts, as the law requires.
• Website logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep the email to answer you.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the payment contact details we hold by writing to us. Contact details are on the contact page.
